Application area Purchase Trial Downloads GenoProof® Mixture The software package GenoProof® Mixture was especially developed for laboratories dealing with complex forensic DNA samples. GenoProof® Mixture allows the examination of complex DNA mixtures from the raw data up to the biostatistics calculation according to the ISFG recommendations. All data are stored in a secure database and can be searched by configurable filters. The program includes sophisticated size and allele calling algorithms. The software package supports the automatic genotyping of multiplex PCR kits for autosomal and gonosomal markers. The user can also work with in-house kits. It works with all raw data formats of ABI® software and equipment. GenoProof® Mixture includes enhanced quality assurance like identification of artefacts (stutter etc.) or contaminations checks. The analysis is also supported by unique graphical user interface and a mixture sample simulator. GenoProof® Mixture can calculate all necessary biostatistic values for the mixture interpretation according to the ISFG recommendation.
