What we do
Since 2001, we develop specialized software products in Dresden and implement individual software- and consulting projects internationally. In the areas of laboratory management (LIMS), analytics and supply chain, we offer distinguished professional- and technical advisory expertise. Besides conventional off-the-shelf-software solutions, individual software projects are also part of our portfolio. In the process we support our customers in the necessary process- and requirement analysis, the following validation, and supply operators with instruction and training.
How we work
Customer-oriented
We put great emphasis on fast decisions and short communication channels – internally, as well as externally. Thereby focusing on the benefit of our customers, to identify requirements and develop solutions together. In doing so, partnership is the basic principle of our daily work.
Innovative
Each project contains the potential of an innovative implementation idea. Innovation can often be found in details and gives operators maximal benefit. Additionally, we also observe the market, our customers, as well as professional and technical developments to improve our products and services.
Quality-oriented
Our area of operation requests high quality standards. We at qualitype rise to this challenge on a daily basis and secure quality through our own quality management and the use of modern technology. Our quality policy serves to maintain internal and external quality standards.
Future-proof
Working future-proof means for us: the sustainable use of resources. It starts with the commitment of employees and ends with the handling of office supplies. This way we can ensure our employees, as well as our customers and partners future-proof and long term collaboration.
Where we work
Since the founding of the qualitype GmbH, we are located in the historic GebäudeEnsemble Deutsche Werkstätten Hellerau. The GebäudeEnsemble was built in 1909/10 as a factory building for the production of high quality furniture and industry facilities based on a design of Richard Riemerschmid. Today, the complex, which looks like a bar clamp when looked at from a birds perspective, is home to more than 50 companies.
