An important step to further increase our service quality: Qualitype GmbH has been successfully certified according to ISO 9001:2015 by the regional TÜV SÜD (technical inspection authority). The newly created quality management system forms the basis for the following continous improvement process.

ISO standard 9001 is nationally and internationally the most significant norm when it comes to quality management. Within several months, TÜV SÜD has examined carefully all important operational processes of Qualitype GmbH. The result was remarkable: Qualitype has passed at the first go, without any aberrations.

Can quality be traceable? With ISO standard 9001 it is, because the norm enables the independent evaluation of process quality. If processes – from customer acquisition to project management – are optimized and transparent, all employees are provided with a clear schedule. The aim: maximum satisfaction for our customers and employees. Within regular follow-up audits, Qualitype GmbH is going to prove that an effective quality management is actively followed in the company.
