For our customers and interested parties, qt Helpdesk will be the new place for quick help with all concerns regarding our software solutions as of 4/5/2021. In addition to the ticket area with an intuitive user interface, FAQ areas and the knowledge database provide comprehensive service. Our customers with maintenance contracts will also have access to customer areas and exclusive forums for exchanging information with other users (from June 2021).

Some general articles about the new system and in future also about the installation of GenoProof and GenoProof Mixture can be viewed without registration. In the knowledge database, we collect FAQs, self-help instructions and answers to recurring questions and use cases that are accessible to all. Our knowledge database will be continuously expanded and integrated into our website in the future.
